A company you can trust! I was wary to try a new contractor but mold destroyed my bathroom and it had to be rebuilt. They were great with walking me through the process and giving an exact estimate. We got to have fun making new designs. They keep to their timeline, price, and word. I will hire them again for my upstairs remodel bathroom and any other jobs that they do!

My experience of using AAA certified restoration & construction is excellent. I live in the UK and have a holiday home in Florida and when I decided that I wanted to make various improvements to my home I didnâ t know where to start. Until I contacted AAA and Ann made the whole experience so easy for me. Ann and her fantastic team can do everything. I first hired them to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms last year and I was so happy with the results that I used them again to do multiple jobs. They have replaced my entire roof, put drywall up in my garage and layed a beautiful epoxy floor, repaired cracks in my exterior walls then repainted the entire house, installed driveway pavers, repaired lanai screens, repaired sprinklers and the list goes on. I will not hesitate to use AAA in the future. No job is too big or small for them. In fact I am considering extending my lanai and I have requested a quote from them. I would not consider using anyone else. They are extremely professional, friendly and trustworthy. Ann is definitely my go to if and when I get any work done to my home in the future. She revels in making her clients happy! Thank you Ann to you and your fantastic team !!!

Everyone at AAA Certified Restoration & Construction were excellent to work with. We had several different crews doing the work and everyone was friendly and professional. The owner, Ann, is very hands on and makes sure things are done right! My kitchen, bathroom and porch are beautiful!

Multiple Room Remodels

We have taken on a major remodel of our home. We chose AAA and have been extremely happy that we did. Ann is amazing and is guiding us through the process. Our guest bathroom turned out beautifully. Toby does outstanding and professional work. Now on to the master bath and kitchen.

Kitchen Remodel, Remove a Large Appliance

The project was a major endeavor. We did everything from the floor, cabinets, lighting, countertops, plumbing and decorating with just the right touch. The carpenters were extremely knowledgeable, polite and easy to work with. The customer service couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend this company.
